Q: How much will the freight cost?
A: You can choose either UPS or USPS to ship your merchandise (depending upon address destination). Cost for shipping is dependent on the chosen carrier and the total weight of the package. All costs will be calculated at the checkout.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders of inventoried items will ship via UPS or USPS within 2 business days of receipt of order.
For all other merchandise, orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS within 10-14 business days of the order being placed. Shipping can take an additional 1 to 5 days depending on which item(s) have ordered.
All orders are shipped standard Ground service. If you require faster service, please call us at 715-381-6551 and we will do all we can to meet your needs.
Q: Should I choose UPS or USPS to ship my merchandise?
A: That decision is up to each individual. UPS is trackable, may require a signature for delivery and can be more costly for smaller orders. USPS is not trackable, may not require a signature for delivery and can be less expensive on smaller orders.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: All Summit Orthopedics and Minnesota Occupational Health items are embroidered, this makes them special orders and these sales are final and not returnable. Any defective merchandise or orders that are not shipped as ordered will be returned or replaced with no additional charges.
Q: How do I know what size I should order?
A: Size charts are included on many of the apparel items that are featured on our website. If you have a specific question or concern regarding the garment that you are ordering, please call us directly at 715-381-6551.
